IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts, fine Italian honey and white raw cane sugar are the characteristic ingredients in this specialty from Piedmont: crunchy (classic) or soft (evolution). After a long and careful steam-heated cooking, the nougat is pulled and pressed by hand, using wooden molds.
