The Quatordes Project

An ensemble of people with a common mission brought about Quatordes, adhering to the philosophy that the production, shelling, and processing of the Hazelnut be carried out by the partners themselves. Collaborators in the project include: the Ceretto Family, Guido Gobino, Relanghe, the Cavallo Family, Claudio Demaria, Andrea Faletti and Paolo Quazzo.

The name comes from an expression in the Piedmontese dialect: Quatordes, or Quatordici, fourteen in Italian, referring to the highest quality, premium caliber of the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut, also known as the Tonda Gentile Trilobata.

Our headquarters, located in Castellinaldo, represents the first phase of Quatordes: shelling the Hazelnut on-site. Our objective is to become the point of reference and a guarantee in the selection of the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut.
