We work exclusively with the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut, also known as the Tonda Gentile Trilobata, a precious resource of the area. The Tonda Gentile, meaning round and refined, is the most prized variety of the nut with its spherical shape, excellent aroma and flavor after toasting, ease of peeling and long conservation.
We want to promote of the concept of the cru, already diffused in the world of wine, to Hazelnut farming as well, sustaining the idea that a specific area is predisposed to quality production. We strive to guarantee maximum quality along the entire supply chain, allowing for complete product traceability.
We've added a new project to the Relanghe portfolio, Il Gelataio di Casa (the household ice cream man). We're talking about the selection of the best local raw materials, and above all, we're talking about Gelato, one of the great Italian passions. Relanghe is dedicated to bringing only the finest Hazelnut, chocolate and fruit-based ingredients to every home, allowing anybody to create cool recipes that satisfy even the most demanding palates.
